Just like the people it helps. That is the belief that shapes everything we do. It is not «complying with regulation», which is a how, nor «gaining efficiency», which is a result: it is a conviction. Abbiamo.ai was born for the industries where artificial intelligence faces its highest demands: banking, insurance, healthcare, telecommunications, energy, mining, government institutions, other regulated entities and the BPOs that serve them. These are organizations that are held accountable: they handle sensitive information at scale and answer to regulators, auditors and customers for every piece of data they process. They need AI that works on top of the systems they already have, that they can audit and that keeps their people in charge. 1. The name ### «We have AI» Abbiamo means «we have» in Italian. The domain is part of the name: Abbiamo.ai. 2. The question ### How do human agents, AIE agents and systems work together? We create knowledge about that cooperation and turn it into products, processes, microapps and tailored solutions. 3. The answer ### Governed AI, with judgment and under control Intelligence brings judgment, language and adaptation. In regulated industries, an AIE agent's personality is an asset only if it does not clash with compliance. These rules apply to everything we do, whatever a project asks for. - Commitment ### Transparency An AIE agent identifies itself as AI at the start of every conversation and whenever it is asked. - Commitment ### People in charge It escalates to a person when the user asks, when it detects vulnerability or when the case exceeds its mandate. - Commitment ### Authorized sources only It states nothing that is not in an authorized, current source, and it does not make up amounts, deadlines or offers. - Commitment ### Minimal data It asks for and uses only the data the process needs; it never asks for passwords, PINs, CVVs or tokens. - Commitment ### Traceability Every relevant decision is recorded and can be traced back to the rule or source that produced it. - Commitment ### Approved learning An AIE agent does not learn on its own: every improvement goes through a person's approval. 05Our principles ## We take away tasks, not people. We believe technology is measured by how it treats people. Abbie does not exist to replace human beings, but to take over the repetitive tasks that consume their workday today, so people can focus on what only they bring: judgment, empathy, relationships and decisions that matter. That is what dignifying work means. Abbiamo.ai is sold 100% through channels: distributors, corporate channels, telecommunications providers and BPOs.
